By using Home Cents, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Home Cents is a personal budgeting application that allows you to track income, expenses, and budgets. The app includes household sharing features that let you share budget data with family members.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your email address is accurate and up to date
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
- Upload malicious code or content
Subscriptions
Home Cents offers Free, Basic, and Premium plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed via the App Store. Cloud sync requires Basic or Premium. Family sharing and household invites require Premium. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by Apple's terms at the time of purchase.
Household Sharing
Premium subscribers may invite others to a shared household. Invited members can view and edit shared budget data. You are responsible for managing who has access to your household. We recommend only inviting people you trust.

Home Cents is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not financial advisors, and the app is intended for personal budgeting purposes only. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information in the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
